October 24, 2026 – RSVP, Inc. Gets into the Halloween Spirit at the 2026 Hallowheels Trunk or Treat and Adaptive Resource Fair!
RSVP, Inc. had a spooktacular time attending the Hallowheels Trunk or Treat and Adaptive Resource Fair in North Chesterfield, VA this weekend. Hallowheels 2026 was an all-inclusive, accessible Halloween trunk-or-treat celebration and Children’s Disability Resource Fair presented by Children’s Assistive Technology Service (C.A.T.S.) and The Whole Family Foundation at MobilityWorks of Richmond.

Our team joined other community organizations and vendors for a fun-filled event focused on connecting individuals and families with valuable resources, services, and opportunities throughout the community.
Of course, our staff couldn’t pass up the opportunity to get into the Halloween spirit! Pictured in their awesome costumes are Employment Specialists Chris Dupuis and Michael Hanawalt and Area Coordinator Jay Rivers, who brought plenty of creativity, smiles, and Halloween fun to the event!

Beyond the costumes, our team enjoyed connecting with community members, building relationships with fellow organizations, and sharing information about how RSVP, Inc. supports individuals with disabilities in exploring meaningful employment opportunities and achieving greater independence.
A big thank you to C.A.T.S., The Whole Family Foundation and MobilityWorks for hosting such a wonderful community event and allowing RSVP, Inc. to be part of the festivities!
