On July 1, 2018, RSVP, Inc.’s Owner/President, Ed Rice, retired and sold the company to Jason Harper. Jason joined RSVP, Inc. as an Employment Specialist in January 2011 and was quickly promoted to the role of Supported Employment Program Manager. Under Jason’s leadership, RSVP’s Supported Employment Program experienced significant growth. Jason holds a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. Jason has experience as an Outreach Coordinator, Skills Trainer, Intensive In‐Home Counselor, Life Skills Trainer, Employment Specialist, Vocational Evaluator and Manager. Jason has served on committees through the Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitation (DARS) and as a member of the Board of the Association of People Supporting Employment First (APSE). Jason was the logical and best choice to assume the role of Owner/President.
