Jaymeson — known to most as Jay — originally joined our team as an Employment Specialist, where his natural leadership, empathy, and drive quickly stood out. It wasn’t long before he stepped into the role of Area Coordinator, and he’s been going above and beyond ever since.
Jay embodies Supportive Leadership in every sense of the word. Whether it’s covering an overnight shift, mentoring new team members, or simply offering a listening ear, Jay consistently shows up for his staff with humility, compassion, and his signature “I can do” attitude.
He leads by example—not just for his team, but also for the consumers he supports directly. Jay encourages them to grow with confidence, guiding them to become their best selves in the workplace.
