February 2026
At RSVP, Inc., we are proud to recognize Rachel Parson as this month’s Team Member Highlight, exemplifying our core value of Growth & Flexibility – Seek opportunities to learn, develop, and adapt. Embrace change, explore new ideas, and approach challenges as opportunities for growth. Rachel has consistently demonstrated this value in action throughout her time with our organization.
From the very beginning, Rachel has been nothing short of flexible. She jumped right into working with new school districts, quickly adapting to different environments while building strong relationships with staff and students. When curriculum needed to be created or adjusted to meet the needs of the students being served, Rachel was quick on her feet. She thoughtfully developed materials and tailored her approach to ensure students received meaningful, individualized support.

Rachel does not shy away from challenges. She has worked with consumers who have extensive criminal histories with empathy, professionalism, and unwavering support. As an agency that believes in rehabilitation and second chances, we are proud to see Rachel embody that belief every day. She approaches each individual with dignity and focuses on growth, accountability, and forward progress.
We have also seen Rachel step up in moments that require immediate adaptability. Whether picking up cases at the last minute or de-escalating situations to help consumers get back on track, she remains calm, solution-focused, and positive. Her ability to think quickly while maintaining professionalism is a true asset to our team.
When Rachel encounters a service or situation she is not yet familiar with, she embraces the opportunity to learn. Rather than avoiding challenges, she leans into them—asking questions, seeking guidance, and often bringing thoughtful ideas to management about how to navigate new situations. Her willingness to grow and adapt strengthens not only her own work but the organization as a whole.
Rachel handles every situation with grace and positivity—even when circumstances are less than ideal. After supporting a student one day, her car became stuck for hours while she waited for a tow truck. Instead of frustration, she smiled and said, “I guess this is a good time for me to do my reports.” That attitude speaks volumes about her resilience and commitment.
Always smiling through the tough times and pivoting seamlessly with change, Rachel is incredibly deserving of this month’s highlight. We are grateful for her dedication, flexibility, and growth mindset, and we are proud to celebrate her as a valued member of the RSVP, Inc. team.
