The Ticket to Work program, offered by RSVP, Inc. through the American Dream Employment Network (ADEN), helps individuals receiving Social Security benefits find and maintain employment while understanding how work impacts benefits like Social Security, Medicaid, and Medicare.

Who is eligible?
- Individuals aged 18–64 receiving SSDI or SSI benefits
- Those entering the workforce for the first time, returning to work, or already working
- Individuals who have recently closed with a Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Agency but want to continue with ongoing job maintenance and career advancement services
